To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

In the same condition as received
With original packaging, tags, and labels intact

All applicable return or exchange fees will be clearly communicated before processing.
There are no hidden charges.
Refunds apply to the product cost only and do not include original shipping fees.
If the return is due to:
A defective item
A damaged product
An error on our part
A full refund including shipping costs will be issued.

A return address
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Please securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

Once the original item is received and approved, you may place a new order for the desired item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will cover return shipping and arrange a full refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
