Orders are typically dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, processing and shipment may be delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email or phone.


Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the period from when your order leaves our fulfillment center to when it arrives at your delivery address.

Standard Shipping:
7–15 business days

Expedited Shipping:
3–7 business days


Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.

Standard Delivery:
8–18 business days

Expedited Delivery:
4–10 business days

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or international post office box addresses. All deliveries must be made to a valid street address.

Shipping Fee: $10.00 USD

Expedited Shipping

Shipping Fee: $20.00 USD

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your package by clicking the “Track Package” link in the confirmation email.

If you cannot locate your shipping confirmation email, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number.

Tracking updates are usually available within 24–48 hours after shipment. During peak shipping periods, carriers may experience delays in tracking updates.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Luxurymolly is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required for the claim process.
